Sentiment analysis reviews text and provides a score on the scale from negative one (-1) to positive
one (+1), with zero being neutral. Professionals can use these scores to categorise and aggregate
responses from surveys or feedback. Internal and external survey results could be reviewed
and scored to see trends over time.
