latest CFO Pulse survey from
McKinsey & Company shows
52 per cent of respondents say they
have spent most of their time on
transformations — either within
the finance function or focused on the
broader organisation — over the past
year. The findings also reveal four
actions that CFOs report as most
critical for transformational success:
