Excel’s Data Model can convert trial balance reports into accounting reports
using Power Pivot and related tables. Learn how to use Pivot Tables to report by
financial year and handle credits that are shown as negatives in the trial balance.
DAX stands for Data Analysis eXpressions. DAX is the function language of Power Pivot in Excel
and Power BI. DAX allows the creation of automated, flexible reports based on related tables.

in three dimensions: rows, columns and across multiple tables. The Data Model holds these tables
