of millennial employees say they have
“quiet quit” due to job dissatisfaction
and one in three refuse to go to the
office when they feel dissatisfied with
their jobs.
Quiet quitting, which is
characterised by employees putting
in the bare minimum effort in their
role, has a significant impact
on productivity and engagement.
Millennials will soon constitute the
majority of Hong Kong’s workforce,
and the report shows job satisfaction
is a major driver of performance for
this generation.
