Hybrid working options are an expectation for 72 per cent of employees across the Asia-Pacific region,
but only 46 per cent say it is a reality in their workplace. This is a key finding from a study on 12 APAC
nations by recruitment firm Reeracoen and research agency Rakuten Insight Global, which shows
Singapore, Vietnam and India lead the way in hybrid work adoption.
