CFO PRIORITIES FOR 2026
There is little consensus among CFOs on their top
priorities for 2026, reflecting the expanding and often
competing demands of the role.
Deloitte’s Finance Trends 2026 survey shows that
more than half of CFOs now see themselves as among
the organisation’s most influential leaders in strategy
development. At the same time, they are balancing
pressure to maintain cost efficiency with the need
to identify and fund opportunities for business growth.
