Waiting for a return on an artificial intelligence (AI) investment? It is likely to come from increased
productivity and improved employee experience. A report from Robert Half shows 96 per cent of Australian
employers who are leveraging AI and automation have experienced at least one return on their investment.

Adaptability is high on the agenda for global chief executives.
Data from The CEO Response report 2025 from leadership advisory
firm Egon Zehnder reveals that 92 per cent of global CEOs
believe they must cultivate a level of this skill “beyond
anything previously imagined”.
The report also shows CEOs view agility and
adaptability as their key resources for business
success in the current environment (59 per cent).
This is followed by trust and relationships
(21 per cent), innovation and creativity
(18 per cent), and power and
influence (2 per cent).

HONG KONG A HUB FOR
THE ULTRA WEALTHY
Hong Kong is home to more than 2700 single
family offices, reinforcing its position as Asia’s top
destination for managing ultra-high-net-worth wealth.
The Family Barometer 2025 report from private
banking company Julius Baer, developed with PwC
Switzerland, shows Singapore has had a remarkable
surge in interest, with a tenfold increase in just a few
years to 2000 single family offices.
The report notes that their robust legal systems
and role as a gateway to Asia-Pacific markets make
both destinations a natural choice “for wealthy
families seeking to consolidate, professionalise
and future-proof their wealth”.
