Established in 1970, Earth Day is recognised worldwide,
with more than 190 countries participating in activities
such as tree planting, clean-up efforts and advocacy
for sustainable policies.
Below is a CPA Australia webinar from September 2024
that brings together a panel of global experts to discuss
the critical role accounting plays in addressing the impact
of climate change. It addresses the sustainable development
goals outlined by the United Nations, ratified by the
International Accounting Standards Board and International
Sustainability Standards Board.
