The workforce may be ageing but the
number of young employees in senior
positions is increasing. Although this
arrangement has the potential to incite
intergenerational conflict, the author of

Chip Conley, founder and CEO of the

whenever a user tries to open them.
By delaying access for 10 seconds,
the app encourages users to act
intentionally and decide whether they

It can also be configured to send
notifications if users spend more than
a pre-determined time scrolling.
