HONG KONG FINANCE FIRMS FAVOUR AI
Hong Kong finance executives are adopting generative artificial
intelligence (AI) faster than executives in other major markets, according
to Finastra’s Financial Services State of the Nation Survey 2023.
Almost 40 per cent say their organisation has already started rolling
out AI, which is also well above the global average of 26 per cent.
Singapore finance firms appear to be taking a more cautious
approach, with just 16 per cent saying their organisation is rolling
out generative AI.
