tools looks set to accelerate in 2024, but
80 per cent of small business owners
are concerned that AI development and
adoption is outpacing regulation.
Xero’s Future Focus AI report includes
the findings of a survey of more than
3000 small business owners from
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore,
Canada, the UK and the US. The report
shows that respondents are concerned
about ethical challenges relating to AI.
