intelligence (AI) and automation
accelerates, more than half
of Australian businesses are
prioritising workforce reskilling
over hiring. A new survey from
learning and education content
provider Go1 shows that
increasing profitability is the top
priority, at 59 per cent. Reskilling
is also high on the business
agenda, with 57 per cent of
learning and development (L&D)
leaders focusing on improving
their processes, and 59 per cent
on developing employees over
the next three years.
